Madalynn's Blessing

Yesterday was Madalynn's blessing. It was a wonderful day, but I must say that I'm glad to have it done. We haven't gotten around to getting "professional" photos done of Madalynn and her blessing dress yet, but with the picture below you get some idea of how absolutely adorable she was!! We had a lot of family that were able to attend along with some very good friends of ours. Terryl gave a beautiful blessing! "My Girls" were able to come with included Natalie, Yvonne and Michelle. They are amazing friends, and it really meant a lot to have them there supporting us. We were lucky enough to have Elder Kikuchi of the Seventy come to Madalynn's blessing. He was been very influential in our lives and Madalynn's. I think it will be something that Madalynn later on in life will appreciate as she hears the stories of Elder Kikuchi and the miracles he gave us. It was also wonderful to meet Sister Kikuchi. She is an incredibly sweet woman with the same bright countenance as Elder Kikuchi. So over all, the day was just wonderful. I really appreciated all the support from everyone that came. It made it a great day for us.
